They ensure compliance with the road safety obligation and are familiar with EN 15567-1 &amp; -2 and can answer safety-related and liability-related questions. They carry out inspections in accordance with EN 15567-1 and are responsible for creating and maintaining the safety-related documentation for the operation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">\n<div id=\"post-128\" class=\"post-128 page type-page status-publish hentry\">\n<div class=\"post-entry\">\n<p>The training to become a IAPA Safety Manager comprises 5 days and takes place in one of our IAPA Academies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trained IAPA rescuer with at least one season of experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the current IAPA standards<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the ropes course standard DIN EN 15567-1:2020-05, DIN EN 15567-2:2015-08<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of DGUV rule 112-198 + DGUV rule 112-199<\/li>\n<li>Good general physical\/mental condition and free from signs of drug abuse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training content<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstration of the advantages and disadvantages of different rescue systems<\/li>\n<li>Discussion of the content of EN 15567 Parts 1 and 2<\/li>\n<li>Creating emergency and crisis plans, procedures for evacuations<\/li>\n<li>Importance of risk assessment in ropes courses and exemplary creation of such an assessment<\/li>\n<li>Insight into the assessment of PPE (does not replace the PPE technical knowledge course)<\/li>\n<li>Legal obligations in the ropes course (explicitly duty of care and supervision of guests in the ropes course)<\/li>\n<li>Insight into wire rope science<\/li>\n<li>Insight into arboriculture (early detection of defective changes to supporting trees)<\/li>\n<li>Meteorology<\/li>\n<li>Insight into DGUV Information 212-001 and TRBS 2121-3 in the context of construction\/maintenance work in the adventure park<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Completion \/ Certification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Registration fees and certification costs are already included in the training costs. The course fees do not include meals and accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>The registration deadline is 4 weeks before the start of the course, provided that the minimum number of participants is guaranteed, otherwise the course will be canceled.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in ALL training days is mandatory for successful completion.<br \/>After passing the theoretical examination, the participant receives the IAPA certificate with a validity of 2 years.
